For almost 10 years Kristine Bjornstad’s career has been in the health and fitness industry. She graduated from Ohio University in 2000 with a double major in Marketing and Sport Industry and a minor in Business Administration and then moved out to Newport Beach, California. About a year later began her profession as a personal trainer for 24 Hour Fitness. The following year Kristine started her own business, PERFECT FORM- personal training at home or in the gym.

Her many years out there gave her diverse experience in the clients she worked with and fellow trainers she learned from.

Kristine move back to the east coast in 2005 and managed the training department for CORE Fitness located in downtown Charlotte. In 2006 she began her extensive training with PeakPilates and started PERFECT FORM up at Lake Norman. June 2008 was one of the most exciting times in her career when the doors opened to her studio PERFECT FORM personal training & pilates.

Physical fitness is just one component to a person’s well being. Recognizing this, Kristine has completed 2 of the 3 phases to the C.H.E.K Institute’s Holistic Lifestyle Coaching program. Through this training she is able to educate her clients on all facets of health and well being, especially proper nutrition and eating habits. She believes a positive and great attitude are key in order the achieve a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

In Krisitne’s personal time she regularly practices pilates, yoga, strength training, running, and just recently picked up mountain biking. She has participated in several 5ks and 10ks, but is especially proud of completing the Huntington Beach Half Marathon and finishing in the top 7 of the Orange County Figure Competition.
